Returns / Refunds

30 Day Guarantee

Products* purchased from Hancock Baskets come with a satisfaction guarantee and may be returned within 30 days of shipment for a full refund. Refund will be for product only as shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. All of our products are produced by us and leave our warehouse in perfect condition. If a delivery arrives incomplete or damaged please report problems within 24 hours of receipt so that we may correct the problem quickly. We may elect to send replacement product or issue a credit whichever is easier.

Return Procedure

A return authorization number is required for all returns. Product returned without prior authorization cannot be credited and may be refused upon delivery. Please contact our Customer Service Department to obtain a return authorization number.

To process a return:
  • Call our Customer Service Department toll free at 800-459-0208, explain which product and why you are requesting a return and an authorization number will be provided.
  • Please include the return authorization number prominently on the outside of the package.
  • You may ship the product via your preferred method, although we recommend using a tracking number as Hancock Baskets cannot be responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during shipment. We can only credit you for items received in sellable condition.

Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued or a new item will be sent at our discretion. Refunds can only be credited to the same card originally used for the order. Returns are processed within 3 business days of receipt.
